These have one or more blown mosfets. These are what we would used to call output transistors at the tail end of the voltage regulation circuit. Early Ridgid li-ion was famous for this but were covered by an easy exchange warranty..if you are past a return/refund period you are screwed..on a brighter note inside each battery is 10 good 18650 cells if you can think of a use for them...

I have the same problem. It's that's they don't stay connected to the drills or any other tool. If I move my battery back and forth it will cut on for a moment then it stops

im pretty sure the craftsmanship in those are shotty, the solders in the board may have shorted not being precisely done.

Did you find out what the problem is with them was it a fuse, did you're drill blow them out?
