This video is RIDICULOUSLY OLD and doesn't resemble the current Quicken at all. Quite a disappointment.

This is absolutely nothing like the quicken I just purchased. I am so frustrated and I have only had this program for 30 mins. I will surely ask for a refund!!! So frustrating no way to edit and create a real budget on the quick version I just purchased.

My idea of a budget is income to expense. Quicken seems to ignores the income when setting up a new budget. I started new budget and as shown in this video on the far right of the top summary bar graph there was zero dollars of savings and no indication (red) that one had exceeded there spending. Maybe I'm not getting it right but an example of exceeding on income is needed to know where to cut expenses back or be able to increase ones income.

Is there a version of this for the Mac edition of Quicken?

I echo Mike's comment. Setting up expenses is helpful, however, there does not seem to be anyway to budget income amounts. Yet, running reports after creating a budget shows income budgets from 3 years ago. Does the new updated version of Quicken no have the capability to allow users to set up income BUDGET amounts? It shows my rental income accounts, just not investment/salary/etc accounts. Any help here would be welcomed.

If you have a category under expense and you want it once deducted to show as income under a different category, is it possible or too redundant...????
i.e. a church budget

I was almost done setting up my 2022 budget and I added a category for my personal property tax. It removed all the other categories and I lost all of my work. I cannot even describe the anger I'm feeling with hours and hours of work lost. That is THE ultimate sin in programming. lost work. Worthless software.
