This is nothing more than a hypothetical possibility. Also some of the statements contradict the reality of the situation. For example, the narrator says no one heard the screams of the passengers. It’s highly likely that the plane crashed hundreds of miles from any person. So, the fact that no one heard screams is immaterial. Also, In other airplane accidents, I don’t remember anyone mentioning the screams of passengers, except for survivors after the plane had crashed. There’s no evidence here that any of this happened.

We don't know what happened. The captain's background and emotional state was thoroughly investigated and they didn't find a single hint that he was planning anything of the sort.
And when you refer to the flight as Malaysia Three hundred and seventy and refer to a captain as a Seven Hundred and Seventy Seven captain. That tells us the aviation professionals that you are just another troll talking about something you have absolutely no idea.

One thing not taken into account in this theory was the love lost. This is not the first time I've heard this theory but everyone forgets this man was losing his first love. Wife, children and his poor mental state rational possibly lead him to believe his career. Putting 20 years into a career is a thing of love. He was going to lose his next love, flying. The question remains did he get cooperation from his coworker in the cockpit. That coworker was also going through life struggles and it may have been a suicide pact. Sometimes a corporation must take a mor active role in their employees lives to assure the safety of employees and passengers alike.
