Just as an FYI, manual states not to use towel and to let air dry, as to avoid fibers from entering brew group. If you want to use a towel to speed the process up, I would lightly shake off over sink and then lightly pat dry.

You should advise people to unplug their machine when ever it is being serviced... It's just a good idea.

Funny. The manual says never dry with a towel and only air dry. They also have a video that shows how to lube the group direct from Philips and this ain't it.

These comments are pretty nice, this video is not super helpful. Its blurry and the camera doesnt show exactly what piece to lubricate cus your hands are in the way....
