Two people were taken into police custody following a protest in Bryant Park, calling for justice for Jordan Neely.

Can't believe that some people are boo-hooing about how Penny didn't fight one on one with Neely, as if this was some pissing contest that turned into a challenge. Sorry to say it but Jordan Neely was committing a violent crime that day on the subway. He was threatening innocent people with violence. Penny and anyone else on that train had every right to do whatever was needed to take away that threat. If a terrorist starts ranting and screaming on an airplane, do you expect one person to fight him 'man to man'?

The police are still investigating. All we know at this time is that Neely died then promptly evacuated his bowels, spraying fecal matter all over his dead ass :(
