The father that didn't take care of his mentally ill homeless son, now wants justice, what a clown

Because of this circus good men will no longer stand up for what’s right. Instead they will stand by and let criminals terrorize others.

Even the damn father shows up for justice? Where was he when his son goes haywire and threatens people on the subway?
This is an excuse!

Funny how the media never mentions Jordan Neely had over 20 arrests on his criminal record.

Free the hero for saving the passengers lives. Are we ever finally going to admit we have a serious black problem nationwide? Facts and statistics are not racist but the truth. Also, Scott Adams (Dilbert) is owed an apology for telling the truth. 🙄

As a Black Man. What are Good Samaritans suppose to do? Just sit there while a crackhead threatens and harasses people?

He shouldn’t have been charged at all.

If things were the other way around there would have been no charges and it barely would have made the news.

Neely has a Father??? Wow. That's rare for Neely's type. And uh where was this father when his son was threatening to rape and kill people???

All it takes is one jurist who has been victimized by an AngryBlackMan

They didn't show everything. Daniel Penny put Jordan Neely on the side when he was coughing blood. Keep in mind when you do a chokehold, you never cough blood. If he had straight up murdered him like the media claims that wouldn't have happened.

Look up how many times chokeholds have been used to restrain other people & look up how many fighters have passed out in MMA matches.

It was stated that Neely was on drugs. He(Neely) was arrested 42x prior to the event. They also neglected to mention that Neely threatened people on the subway. If anyone wants to say that it was reported a homicide therefore murder.

Homicide doesn't mean murder. It just means that 1 person killed another. If someone kills in defense that would be ruled a homicide, which would be justified homicide.

Free Daniel Penny! I have yet to see testimonies of the other passengers so if Penny was guilty then we all KNOW the media would already be spouting that news.

The government and this mans family didn't care about him when he was homeless on the street. If he had died in the cold or of drugs they wouldn't care. Now, suddenly, they are all about justice for him. The guy clearly had mental health issues so why wasnt his family helping him then rather than speaking for him now?
