The idea of a primordial being named is the equivalent of the human race reaching interstellar exploration in 24hrs. It's just unimaginable and for Diablo this was the most surreal experience because he has the knowledge and experience to know what it takes for him to be named. To him Rimuru is no different than Veldanova at this point and being named is him being given more power than he already aware of that he has. All he wants at this point is to use that power to serve Rimuru forever.

This moment is the most euphoric and happiest Diablo has ever been in enos. Look at that face
