Depends on what point of the LN are we talking about. Current Rimuru? Yeah, he's beating Guy no problem. Pre Chloe kiss and absorbing Micheal Rimuru? It would be a close fight.
Biggest question is can Lucifer copy Ultimate skills (it's implied it can, but not confirmed).
