Some of the javascript libraries come with some styles when downloaded with yarn. If I use the javascript of a library through a CDN, how exactly should I add the styles?

what does bin\importmap script exactly? in windows is not a valid script, when i try to import the library in controller file, the controller doesn't work, it doesn't fire the connect event
