I bought my 2007 Ford Edge SE at 43K in 2013. Aside from normal maintenance like fluids, brakes, and suspension work, it has been nothing but reliable and now has about 176K (due to work traveling). I'm glad to learn about these top 5 problems in case I ever encounter them. Thank you for the video!

I bought my 2013 Edge at 147, 000 miles. I went through it and made the flex coupler on the exhaust removable. Replaced the ORIGINAL spark plugs 7:26 and coil packs. I then replaced front and rear brakes and bought good tires for it. I run full synthetic oil and change the oil and filter every 5000 miles. I love my Edge, so happy to hear people getting such high mileage out of them

I own a 2008 edge with over 327000 kms still in great running condition.I met a retired ford employee who advised me to keep up with oil changes every 3 months and the motor will last another 300, 000 great suv

Had all of them in my 2011. Still love it. Brake booster, all 4 door locks, power steering pump, water pump ($1800), rear toe-in, 8 inch dash screen stays on, it goes on and on. But I just keep fixing 'em. I love the ride, the power, the gadgetry.

Side note: The fuse box that she pulled the cover off also has the 5 digit pin code for the manual unlock on your drivers door. I bought a 2013 Edge a year ago and the Ford dealer was going to charge us $79 to get that #.

I got my Edge about a year ago with 150k miles on it and haven't had any issues with it. Nothing more than routine maintenance. Love my Edge. Glad i decided to get it and not something else that i would end up hating.

We have a 2008 Limited. I have replaced the rear hatch struts, rear wheel bearings, and the alternator. Other than changing the fluids and brakes it has been very reliable.

Had a 2013 Edge Limited. Only vehicle that gave me separation anxiety when I had to move on to a newer car. Great car.

I own a 2007 Ford Edge. Radiator fan went out at 150, 000 miles but was only $250 to fix. Either than that mainly struts, ball joints, and easier stuff to fix that’s common for any vehicle. At 160, 000 miles now hoping to hold onto it for longer. Rust free too

I’ve had a 2017 Ford Edge titanium with the 3.5L V6 and I’ve only had to do oil changes on it since having it, bought it in 2018; I also use to drive about 225KM a day and she ran like a charm!!

It's May 2024, and I plan on buying a 2016 Edge with 93, 000 miles on it. Not everything in this video applies, but it's great to see what I should get checked. Thanks!

Thanks for the handy info! I have a 2012 Edge, which I love. I did have the driver's door latch problem, which Ford fixed for free.
