Guided meditation transcript:
And now let's begin.
Make sure you won't be disturbed during the entirety of this meditation. Approximately 20, 25 minutes-ish. But at the end of the meditation, once you've created this peace and stillness, it is a perfect time for you to stay seated and to contemplate on the important questions of life. Make decisions. If this is what you need to do right now and ponder on interesting topics.
So let yourself a little buffer at the end of this meditation and please do listen right until the end. We do these meditations in two parts. The first part is the vibration of meditation for transcendence, using a sound, a group of sounds to go beyond the illusion of the self and to awaken to who you are, the core of your existence.
And the second part, as I just mentioned, is a short contemplation. I will give you an idea, a prompt that you can also use later for journaling and so set nice and comfortably out on the floor or on a chair, whatever feels well, natural for you to just sit there, don't have to adopt a special posture or position.
You just have to sit as you would if you were the best version of yourself. Nice and straight, with dignity, with power, with inner-power, with self-confidence. Thinking about a string pulling you up from the top of your head, your shoulders dropping away from you is a few nice deep breaths, using each exhalation as an opportunity to relax more and more.
Your muscles, your body, your minds, your spirit, your heart. And when you feel ready enough, gently close your eyes. A little pre-phase of our meditations is always to dedicate this session to somebody, to anybody that you want, somebody that you love, somebody that you're having challenges with, somebody that you've lost, somebody that you don't know and see the heart either in the praying position or flat on the chest.
Whatever feels more natural to you. I speak deep breath in through the nose on the exhalation. You project your love, gratitude and appreciation towards that person. Notice the bond, the connection, and feel the interdependence of yourself in nature as part of that ecosystem of life. That will start right now to introduce a vibration. You will put your attention focused gently and effortlessly on that sound to it there for the time of this meditation, this will be your single point of focus.
And then when the sound fades out and disappears, you'll reproduce it in your own mind for an extra few moments. Usually, it's about a minute before I start speaking again, and when thoughts come to you during the meditation, don't worry, it's part of the process. Don't try to eliminate the thought. Yes, Judge, the thought. If you want, you can observe it objectively for a few moments and then simply go back to the vibration.
---
You may now let go of the vibration. The meditation has come to the end. Take your time. Get reacquainted to the sensations in your body. Take a deep breath Open your eyes Stay seated right here. I will let you with a quote by Lao Tzu in the Tao Te Ching. I would like you to contemplate on that quote and to journal about it maybe later:
"The world belongs to those who let go."
The world belongs to those who let go. If you don't let go, you're a prisoner of your own delusions. So let's go. Where in your life should you let go? Probably everywhere. But most places contemplate on this today and journal about it later and let us know in the comments how this resonates with you.
