Please make sure you won't be disturbed
during the entirety of this meditation.
If you need to put your phone
on flight mode, do so now.
Take your time.
Get settled in preparing
your mind, your body and your spirit.
For a meditative experience.
Don't just jump in or skip forward to
when the vibration comes
Sit, relax.
Let things be
sitting with a good posture.
Nice and tall, nice and straight,
without introducing muscular tensions,
sitting as you would sit
if you were the best version of who you are capable of being.
This guided meditation
for transcendence is in two parts.
The first part will be with a vibration
that we will follow, and the second part
will be a simple contemplation, on the thought, on the quote.
So make sure you stay
here right until the end.
Take a few nice deep breaths taking each exhalation as an opportunity to relax more and more and to reduce tensions in your body.
And your mind in your heart.
If you've not done so already, gently close your eyes.
Put your hands to the heart.
As we dedicate this session
to someone or a group of people, it can be to anybody that you choose.
Deep breath in through the nose and on the exhalation, We project our love, gratitude, and appreciation towards that person.
Notice the bond.
Notice the connection.
Notice the inter-dependence and notice that in no moment in life are you ever alone.
You are an expression of the world.
You are the world
And so we begin our meditation now.
I will start by introducing a simple vibration, a sound,
and you will put your attention on that sound effortlessly.
When thoughts come, don't judge yourself do not judge the meditation
and do not judge the thoughts themselves.
Don't try to eliminate them
simply go back effortlessly to the vibration,
putting it on the foreground of your mind.
When the vibration ceases to exist when it fades out and disappears.
Reproduce it in your own mind
for a few extra moments, letting it resonate naturally.

you may now let go of the focus on the vibration.
The meditation is over. Let it go.
Let your mind wander take your time.
Gets reacquainted
to the sensations in your body.
And whenever you feel like it, take a nice deep breath
and open your eyes.
I will leave you with a quote from the Tao Te Ching:
Lao Tsu says: "Manifest Plainness, Embrace simplicity, Reduce selfishness. Have few desires"
