How to find a mentor

I used to think that the best way to find a mentor was to look for the richest person in my network and learn from them... Turns out this isn't always true 😅

Don't fall into the trap I did.

First off, get absolutely clear on what it is you want, then find someone who's done what you're aspiring to do & make sure they're aligned with you as a human being!

But I think the question is how to find a mentor to get you to a point where you know what you want. But the answer is probably trial* and error

Once when I had a conversation with a psychologis, he asked me: why are you here today? You seem like like you know all your difficulties, and how to get rid of them. I believe he war right about the first part, but not the second. I know why I am the way I am, but don’t really know how to fix them. I’ve talked to many people since then, and tried MANY thing to fix it. I still have hope that the right mentor can help me with this, but at the same time I can’t stop worrying that I’m a lost cause. Please help if you see this and think you know something I don’t.

With that one I feel it’s a bit of a trick. By all means go with what seems good. But if it’s not a quality that’s inside it’ll fall away as smoke in a mirror. Just be. Love is the answer. The beauty of duality is that all your questions arise from the fragrance of this magnificent universe. I love this guys amazing spirit and the sincerity it is delivered.
