Pictures not showing up on Image Capture-quick fix

Okay I'll admit, I didn't expect this to work. I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure this out and this simple fix worked! Make sure the your iPhone is OFF when you plug it back into the computer.

This didn't work for me after trying it twice. However, what did work was plugging the USB cord into a different USB port on my macbook.

For those of you that are confused:

1. Plug the USB cable into the iPhone end only. Not the computer end.

2. Turn off phone.

3. Plug in the USB cable into the computer end. At this point, the cable is connected to both the iPhone and computer.

4. Turn phone back on.

5. Bam. The picture show up.
