UK's Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme - the fundamentals of furloughing

In this video, Ceri Stoner and Seth Roe of Wiggin LLP take you through the ins and outs of the UK Government’s Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme for employers - and employees.

The session explains the policy rationale behind the scheme, how it operates, who is eligible and exactly what can be claimed. Ceri and Seth also provide insights into some of the trickier aspects of the scheme and share their experience of its application in practice to the TV and film sector.
