Thank you for getting straight to the point. I really appreciate that. I don't want to hear a bunch of stuff leading up to the actual symptoms.

Dehydration can mimic tiredness. Drinking water can eliminate this feeling.

Craving sweets should be on this list. My GP told me this when I mentioned how much I was craving sweets . He was right. As soon as I started drinking at least 32 oz of water daily my cravings disappeared. Took about a week .

Dehydration is no joke! I didn’t know why I was getting light headed when standing and at the time I just drank pop and monsters. Once I started pounding water it all went away.

For something so obvious; I'm surprised how easy an "ER" can still miss it.

Water just doesn’t taste as good as it used to. I really have to make a conscious effort to drink it!

Excellent video. I live in a hot climate, but I’m never thirsty. One Thing the video missed is a potential heart attack. My blood pressure was SKY high, and I thought the cuff was inaccurate, this went on for a couple days, then I had shortness of breath, like I was mountain climbing at sea level. Finally I woke up… my high BP reading was real. A friend said maybe you’re dehydrated…she was right! Drinking 4 cups of water lowered my BP to normal within the hour! I was amazed! My doc emphasized that soda, juice & coffee don’t give the body what it needs, which is pure water.

I’m speaking for me. Maybe other people are sick, and broke down for all sorts of reasons, but what I discovered for me; chronic dehydration lead to ailments I thought were the signs of aging, until I read a book that said the virtue of staying hydrated with water was like a fountain of youth. So I don’t drink alcohol; I don’t drink sugary drinks; whatever I drink that is not water, I drink very little of it. Drinking enough water, and staying hydrated is a part of a life style, however it’s the most important part for maintaining a healthy body that resist aging.

Deep body aches especially in teeth and joints are sure signs of chronic dehydration. Water helps to regulate pain in the body, so if you’re dehydrated pain in the body is greater. If you have a severe toothache, that means you’re dehydrated. Drink plenty of water and the toothache will subside. If you have mild joint pain, and discomfort you’re dehydrated, so spend a couple of days drinking water to rehydrate your body and the pain will go away. It’s a life style change, you have to stay hydrated with water, not caffeinated sugary drinks, and juices. Water is what hydrates the body.

This is no joke, I got dizzy, fell and broke my back, it was a compression fracture, I’ve been “mud jacked” and I’m going home today 9-23-22 after a stay of 5 days. Drink your water!

I am 77, if I drink water, I have to get up every hour to go to bathroom. 5 to 7 times a night. And I have no water after 6.

I add a little flavoring like unsweetened juice, to the water, just enough to tint it. It just doesn't taste good plain anymore.
