Lowered resolution doesnt increase fps, its the limited amount of particles created. So i suggest using Particle disabler + trivial tweaks.
Set anti-aliasing to 1, this enhances fps by a bit, anti aliasing creates a smooth edges ont the screen meaning more pixels to render.
Hide paperdoll, this increases the fps by a bit.
Set screen animations off, also increases fps.
Go to file destionation of minecraft, and edit options, set vsync to 0, tutorials are on yt

Bro the 1.19.70 is really garbage I used to have constant 60 fps but after this update my fps drops every 2 seconds and input delay becomes so long I can't play multiplayer with this

Honestly when i use smooth lighting it doesnt affect my fps but i rly reccomend using sodium v2 it rly boosted my fps
