Honestly, am all In for the create mod arc of Shalz, this man literally cannot get up from the bed without looking at a picture of a create mod contraption or train.

I fear for his health when aeronautics does a full release, or whenever create does an official update really.

there are steam monorail trains, one very interesting one is the Listowel and Ballybunion Railway in Ireland where the locomotive has two Boilers balancing either side of the monorail with two seperate funnels that sit either side of an 0-3-0 (3 wheels in the centre) drive gear. that would look awesome in minecraft ngl

This addon also allows you to disassemble train contraptions using redstone. This means you can load/unload cargo made of blocks on the train automatically (e.g. a crane that picks up a large container made of blocks from the train and deposits it next to the track)

I like the concept of a "service bogey" that could run on the top of the rails to travel out to a stuck monorail that's hanging underneath the tracks. You could have an elevator or extensible ladder to get from the service car down to the regular car beneath. Very Bioshock Infinite in a way.

As a new yorker, the seprated parts are just like that in real life. You pretty much just grab on to the other cart (theres a handle thingy) and walk across a gap. Works when the trains in motion and stopped.

An upper and lower train on the same track is awesome. And using trains on the wrong tracks looks fantastic

AI art often requires a lot of massaging the prompt, adding words, rephrasing it, running it until you get a result you want. e.g. you might try "steam locomotive hanging under a monorail". Just to let you know that using it as inspo might be possible still!

You can pave on tracks with steam n rails modJust hold a slab of any choice.
And right click on train tracks
(Make sure it is on main hand)
Also right-click again holding slab to change style

We have one of these hanging monorail trains here in Wuppertal, Germany, called "Schwebebahn", which translates into "Levitating-train".

heres an idea for you shalz, a train that uses both the hanging monorails and the regular train tracks using a bogey for each (a train which has a bogey for the hanging monorails and a bogey for regular train tracks)
