Is Star Wars DYING? - Skeleton Crew Episodes 1 and 2 REVIEW

Skeleton Crew kicked off with a great two-parter--but has been met with a lack of fan enthusiasm. Is this what's going to happen every time Star Wars strays form the trilogies, Clone Wars, and the Mandalorian? Or are we getting too much Star wars, all the time?

What I am loving most about Skeliton Crew is snuggling down with my 8 year old daughter and having a great Star Wars for a bit of the evening. She liked The Mandolorian & Boba Fett (mostly because of Grogu), but I couldn't watch Andor or The Acolyte with her. Mando and Fett had a lot of boring parts for small children, and the other two just were not kid friendly.

This is wonderful. We have talks about what the kids are thinking, what Wimm's dad was thinking, we laugh and get nervous together.

Star Wars is for the kids but made for everyone. This is perfect.

I'm 51. Star Wars has been a part of my entire life. You young people forget about zero SWs for 20 years. I'm beyond grateful for every single release. I love them all. Acolyte was nice. Bummed I won't get a resolution. We have to grow old, we don't have to grow up. I'll take anything and everything.

I watched it with my 10 year old and he loved it! He was like this is so exciting. I told him we now need to watch the Goonies. Watching this with someone who has yet to grow up on Star Wars is fun and gives me hope that the next generation will embrace Star Wars.

The reason I haven't watched as many videos to this point was that I was trying to for my own opinion after all of the vitriol from the Acolyte (which I thought was poor). I have really enjoyed the Skeleton Crew to this point and really like how it shows you that story is the key driver to Star Wars as if you nail that people will watch and enjoy.

Screen Crush is really funny cause on odd days they're complaining about Star Wars relying too much on Skywalker and then on even days complain about not worth like Skywalker. SC has just become a baiting channel with legs on both boats.
