As a kid Disney entertained me with it's amazing movies but now... seeing Disney loosing billions is my new favourite way of entertainment.

The problem isn't that Marvel presents us with new main heroes. The problem is that the old ones, Ironman, Cap, Thor, Hulk, Black Panther, Starlord had great introductions and extremely well written out character development so audiences could relate to them and wanted to see more of their lives and adventures. Something that all of the newest characters utterly lack.

I don't think Disney realizes yet just how badly their brand name has been damaged. And I think the Florida incident really cemented that. It's not just the movies themselves anymore, people see that Disney logo and are now fleeing. That is years of brand management down the toilet and will take years if not decades to rebuild to what it once was.
