I had a manic episode last year, but since I felt great I cancelled my meetings with my psychologist for that week. Fool that I am, now I have to wait for another one to get that diagnosis and medication, which sucks because I definitely trend towards depression. The journal is a great idea, so if I fall into the trap of “I feel like God, mental illness who?” again, I’ll at least have a record for them to look at.
