I actually just looked at a bottle of this supplement a couple hours ago. The first ingredient was "Cane Sugar" 😕 In a pill that you're supposed to swallow whole. Quite literally a sugar pill. For no reason at all.

The smallest amount of caffeine gives me bad anxiety. I've had Generalized Anxiety Disorder since I was 16. I'm now 47 and still can't have coffee, soda and if I eat a chocolate bar I get nervous anxiety.
