they can be extremely useful for physio exercises and rehabbing injuries, improving explosivity in judo techniques and in Muay Thai those are just 3 examples of times I use “resistance” bands. Key word being resistance not “weight” band. Lift weights when ur lifting weights, use resistance bands for things that require one. You can’t replace one with the other they both have a purpose!

they are useful especially when you put then under really big tension.
good for begginers
additional ideas and something diffrent for advance lifters

I use both weights and then bands to cool off 🤷🏽‍♂️ seem fine to me
