we took Servetel's services during the COVID pandemic for a followup tele-medicine service, this is a no-charges service for patient who have earlier been seen. We are extremely grateful for the Service, and the customer response, patients have been able to get in touch with us, we have been able to get through to so many people. As our numbers are small compared to a big customer service process, I was a little nervous, but they have been exceptional in setting this up for us and have been responsive to our technical naivety. And no, we were not requested to give this review.
