Before watching this I'll say that he loved the Marching Band Bit because it's a nod to the First Avenger.

The scene with Sam and Bucky walking I instantly had to think "The last 2 shows/movies they were talking about Multiverses, the movie before that Rocket Raccoon is casually asking who's been to space, and now in this show the heroes have to walk 20 miles to the Airport..." It's crazy!

It's funny and interesting that you mentioned at 1:16 the therapy scene reminds you of the one in 22 Jump Street, as the actor who plays John Walker, U.S Agent in the show, also played a character in 22 Jump Street.

I just realized that besides a couple cameos (those being the ones in antman and age of ultron) falcon has never been in a movie that was not directed by the russos
Which is kinda cool like seeing what other creative people would do with him
Also same kinda applies for bucky not counting his non winter soldier role in the first avenger

Really good episode. The only real gripe I have is that in my opinion, the scene with the black super soldier, should have been cut since it didn't really add to the plot, since he refuses to help so Bucky and Sam have to go to Zemo.
