Hi Gaurav, Thank you for this useful session. I have one query here that You are sending request to insert issue in Jira by BR and sending all details like Endpoint, Credentials, Method in BR, so what is the use of the Rest message you created initially with Basic auth and Jira Endpoint? Why i am asking bcz you have not use rest message and method in BR inside sn_ws.RestMessageV2() but all details you mentioned in BR. Do we need rest message here?

Nice video. For the "bi-directional integration", unfortunately, this doesn't show how to set it up on the JIRA side. Instead, you went with a daily scheduled job within SN to grab all the records from JIRA, but ideally, most people would want it pretty close to when it was created or updated in JIRA. So...we'll have to find a video or documentation on how to do that from the JIRA side.
