Wow! I put this on because i just heard about sound baths and wanted to see what they were. My cat jumped up on the couch and was rolling all around which she never does. Then she laid down and fell asleep with me to it! As soon as it was over we both woke up. This is the perfect length for your lunch break at work especially when you're feeling stressed and overwhelmed❤
