If you hate cold door knocking, then use advertising specifically direct mail postcards. EDDM or every door direct, allows you to mail a postcard, double sided color 9"x12" for .19 cents each. With printing you can mail 1, 000 cards for about $350. ROI is about 2 percent so that equals 20-25 jobs, which comes to about $5k. I would suggest this if you can't close cold calls.

Say what you want and I hate door to door sales people! HOWEVER it works. These guys are making bank providing a service that most people don't want to do, heck most cleaning companies DON'T DO WINDOWS! So good for them! Most young guys are sitting home playing video games, I love it! True Entrepreneurs !!

Im a window cleaner, i charge around £15-£20 house, takes about 20 min, if i charged these prices id get no work, i need to move to the states.
I use a WFP

- Get hose
-Make bucket of water with soap in it
-Get rag and scrub windows with mixture
- Hose down windows
- Wipe with rag

- Never get scammed by these window cleaners again. 200 dollars for what takes literally 10 minutes and can be done by yourself for like 25 bucks (and thats assuming you use the soap bottle and then just throw it our afterwards. If you think about how many times you could wash your windows for 25 bucks its like 1 dollar each time u do it yourself.)

As a former window cleaner: How the company I worked for did it, it depended on ofc what type of windows they had. Like small ones, long ones, TLCs, Storm Windows, etc. We were also kind of cheap because we were the best business in our area and had good and decent prices but would still be in the 100s or lower. The amount of windows too as well. Each size of the windows were different prices as well but no far from each other price wise. $200+ job was realistic in this video. Also for how we cleaned the windows we just used water and dawn along with sponge brushes, steel wool if necessary (never scratched any windows using it from my experience). We always doubled check the windows they want cleaned so we can get the pricing corrected if they didn’t identify their windows right. One last thing I would like to say I worked in an area where there was a lot of horse trainers so jobs like that was easy money and fun to do unless they were storm drain💀

Zero doubt in my mind that this is in Cali or Miami where a cardboard box on the street corner is $2 million. Not one single person in my entire state of Oklahoma would pay more than $30 for the entire house.

Window Cleaning is actually one of the cheapest businesses to start.
Have to have a truck or van to transport ladders (unless you buy an $800 Water Fed Pole System, then you don't need a truck)

It's literally like $250 for all your materials. An 8 ft ladder, sponges, squeegees, buckets, dawn dish soap, hard water remover, glass scraper.

Anybody young or wanting to work for yourself, look up how to do it, practice at home, buy the materials, make business cards, and go pass out cards in rich neighborhoods (that's who pays for window cleaning). Businesses apartments and condos also use this but residential pays a lot better
