I have been on many dates where the guy never stopped talking. This sets up a situation where I begin to wonder if it is even a date. If he finally asks me a question but only gives me 3 seconds to answer, I cannot usually deliver much because I can't gain any momentum in sharing because it is self disclosure which takes time to build toward.
