There are 18 ways to form 3 digid numbers from 8, 9, 0.
Zero doesn't fit in 100s place but can be placed in units and 10s.
890, 808, 800, 880, 889, 888, 899, 898, 809 and replace 8 with 9.
ull get 18 ways.

Madam, in the question of how many 4 digit nos can be made using 0, 1, 2, 3 the answer is actually 3* 3 power 4 which equals 243. I know repeatation condition is not specified but still the question is about all 4 digit numbers, , repeated digits will definately be there like 1224, 1313..etc

In non zero types, how we would deal when there is 2 or more repeated letters? for example how many 2 digit numbers can be formed with 2, 2, 3, 3?
