His reason is because there’s no money in the budget. It should be, BECAUSE THEY ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. The other insane part of that Bill, the illegal immigrants wouldn’t have to pay the money back until they sold the house, which could be many decades down the road.

Surprise, surprise for all of us. I did not expect this type of move from a governor who is in favor for people who we have no clue who they are because of no proof of identification and immigration status to have everything while the rest of us who do have proof of who we are and our immigration status if not born in the United States just get the leftovers. However, be cautious since we are getting close to election day and everybody who we voted in the first place and has done nothing for 4 years are trying to pull the wool under our eyes by doing what should have been done for 4 years. Sorry, not everybody can be fooled.

In an ideal world where the predatory don't own the majority of housing in California then helping hard working immigrants get help to buy a home, with great oversight, is a very human decision. However, hard working American couples can't even afford a home because these predators are charging insane amounts.
