Kindergarten was mandatory when I went to school back in the 80s on the East Coast what's the problem

I mean it’s not mandatory, but parents can still choose to enroll them anyway! Just do your job as a parent and take them to school. Is that simple.

Its cuz CA can barely afford to have the kids we have now and they dont want more in the system cuz we dont have enough teachers LoL

I don’t necessarily always agree with Newsom at all, but what’s the point? So the school districts can make the kids more woke at an earlier age

this is only half of the whole equation though I'm sure there will be other measures put in place where kids can get a better education at home
