I just took my math exam, and I didn't know about all these formulas 😭😭. So unfair!

I came up with an answer without formulas or integration tables.

I used a trig sub and got 6sin ø = sqrt 36-x², then I squared it and substituted the 36 sin² ø for the denominator and substituted -6sin ø dø for dx. Eventually I ended up with -5/6 ln |cscø -cotø| . Make your triangle, Substitute ... and a beautiful mess. Not as elegant as yours.
