Rumors say Freddie’s “okay, let’s do it!” had more talent than 99% of music today

Quick Note: If you show anything from Queen, especially from "Queen Official's" channel, you do not need an overlay. They never pull copyright strikes. Roger Taylor and Sir Brian May seem to LOVE people sharing and reacting to their songs and videos. We Queenies do, too! Thank you!

Their Live Aid performance is a must! Its 22 mins but well worth it!

No matter how many people were in the audience, you always felt like Freddie was singing directly to YOU. I'm 81 years old and in my lifetime, I've never heard a voice like his. There was only 1 Freddie Mercury!

Queen was the first rock band to have all their band members inducted in the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Amazing band.

After their performance at Live Aid, David Bowie was quoted as saying "how the f**k do I follow that!" Freddie said his instrument was the audience and that day he proved it. Watch it if you can, it's amazing.

I spent my 24th B-day 8th row and center at this concert! I could see the sweat on his brow as he sang this! It was well worth the 5000-mile return road trip to get there. One of the best concerts I ever went to.

Freddie wrote this as an homage to Aretha Franklin. Queen was and still is astounding! No choir, just the harmony of four very talented guys! My all time favorites! So good!

When Freddie starts interacting with the audience it's because Brian broke a string and disappears off stage for a moment to get that string replaced. Not a beat missed - Brilliant...

The day Freddie died was the first time I ever saw my mother cry.

Freddie's jaw and teeth were different, giving him unusual acoustics in his mouth, almost like a trumpet. My favorite quote from Freddie when asked his favorite instrument to play, he said, " The audience, darling." 😉

Queen at Live Aid. Widely considered the best Live Muaic Performance in History

They are so smooth and insync with each other that no one noticed how the band improvised while Brian got his broken string fixed. Class act and my favorite performance of this song.

Roger Taylor's backing vocals on this

Roger on backing vocals. Queen had 3 front men in reality. All solid singers. Freddie obviously was untouchable

"We have a choir?" No, you have a drummer and guitar player. Edit: Removed Bass player

"There's a choir?" LOL, nope! That's just Queen. Their live aid performance is a must watch

Astrophysicist (yes, really) Brian May on that electric guitar solo too in this one. My appreciation for Queen has only grown as I've aged, all of them were and are amazingly talented on their own and genius together.

Freddie had characteristics in his voice a human should not have... And you can tell he was loving every second of performing in front of a crowd like he did here. He had that boyish charm and a certain innocence to him that made him absolutely adorable. It was sad that he went out like he did. But he was able to sing his song and we are all better for it... Rest in Peace Mr Mercury!

Nope...no choir! Just the four of them. It's not voice overs, either! Oh, to have been there for this one...THANK YOU!
