Hello guys, those who have installed windows 10 or 11 N there is no way to fix directx as N verison doesn't support media. It's better to install non-N version. This is the only solution

Yesterday I was faced to this error after installing windows 11 (N), I tried your solution but it doesn't work but after many search I deduced that windows 11 (N) not including "media pack" that include codecs and this was the problem... Finally I decided to install windows 11 without (N) and everything work perfectly now. Finally the error does not indicate what is causing the issue it can happen from anywhere. Thx
