Launch Sublime Text 3 from the command line (cmd, git Bash, etc...) on Windows 10

Good and fast thank you. On Windows 10 for me when you click "Path" it is slightly different. Click "Path" > "Edit" > then you will see a list of things here. Hit "New" and then type %Sublime% and press "Ok". That's all.

All you gotta do is click on 'Environment Variables'
In System Variables click on 'Path'
now press 'New'
paste here the address of sublime text 3...
now first close the cmd open it again type 'subl' and boom....

It doesn't work. I still get the bash subl.exe command not found.
