Allocating one input to multiple channels is useful if you want a different sound for (lets say) your inear-monitors.

I often work with a band that requests that all vocal mics + acoustic guitars need to be split and unaltered for their in-ears. (Like: No EQ, No Comp, No Gate whatsover).
This would allow you to do that.

If you have a band with 8 inputs you can do a half-split.
First 8 will be going out to Main LR and can be altered. And you can send those 8 inputs to channels 9-16 with either no processing or different processing.

How do you SIMPLY send the XR18's FX and EQ to a DAW along WITH the dry signal for each track?

Our XR18's mix sounds perfect LIVE, and that's exactly what I want the computer to record! I DON'T want to add FX and EX to the tracks in the DAW later!

Thanks for the review. I have just been watching another review of this which recommends choosing, from within the software, a Wi-Fi channel which is not being used so much. Is that something that you have tried before you got the travel router?

I like the way you set up the fx to only come on when the music is on How would iIdo that with 3 mics. My group has 3 singers and a music source Can you help?

Hi I’m using a Allen and heath desk in my club I do the music in, my desk is in the wrong position so I’m looking for something to plug in to it and use via a app on my iPad would this work for what i need thanks

Thanks for the DUCKING example...this would be perfect for use on an online radio station seeing that there are no physical faders to control the music channels.

Hello can anyone help me ? When y use it while soundtrack is runnumig it keep its level, but when i start singing it comes lower . And i cant sing at the same level voice al music.. when i stop singing, music comes higher as level wich was before voice started . Can you understand me ? Sorry because my pour english !! Thank you!!
