I'm not normally a fan of black furniture. But this piece is absolutely beautiful!

I’m a furniture artist and personally spend my time putting about four colours on a piece - but I am always absolutely gripped by your videos and you make black look SO GOOD!!! I love what you do and the way you do it. I wish we could claim you as a UnitedStatesian, but of course you’re a Canadian level of kind, decent, and wonderful. Thanks so much for all the inspiration!

Beautiful job rescuing this grand old lady. It is stunning and it would have been criminal to condemn this sideboard to landfill. Great job.

Beautiful! I have a houseful of puppy damaged furniture. Wish I lived by you so I could leave it on the curb and pray that the furniture fairy (you) would work your magic and return it on my doorstep!! Seriously Katie, your talent leaves me in awe!

What an amazingly smooth and beautiful finish!
It looks like the dresser is smiling and happy to have a brand new life and to get to live inside again.
I'm always impressed by how you can transform the most hopeless looking pieces into showroom stunners.

So stunning! I like the satiny sheen on that paint and that texture is factory finish perfect! Love watching you work your magic on these pieces and you problem solve - I think we all learn so much from you by watching the whole process 💖

Perfection! So beautiful. These videos are like therapy for me. The best part is knowing that these pieces now have a place in someone's home instead of a landfill.

Truly a silk purse out of a sow's ear. What used to be low end furniture in it's day, is better now you've remade it than the junk that's out there today. Very nice 👍

I really enjoyed your bulk pick up day video. We don't have that where I live. Seeing what you do to each of those pieces is inspiring. You make each project seem so doable.

This paint indeed has incredible self-leveling properties! The finish on this dresser looks so smooth, almost like a matte finish as well, which got me wondering how this dresser would look all in black, just the hardware in a more shinny finish. Great job as always and thanks for keeping this beatiful piece out of the landfill! You give furniture a second life that I'm sure brings happiness to the family who happens to own it! 🧡
