Not a perfect FIX but sure does look a lot better 🥰 remind 's me of when my daughter started to drive, I would smile and we would try and minimize the damage... Eventually she became a better driver ❤️

This is really simplified and rough:

I mean, if it works bet but I'd push on it and see if you end up pushing it back in easily, sometimes it needs to be hammered out from the inside (worked in a bodyshop)

Still a big ass wave that needs to be blocked out on the bottom part of the door. Anyone who's not in the body and paint industry would probably never notice though.
