Bok Choy Mushrrom Stir Fry
-To a Kadhai, add sufficient water
-Once water comes to boil add 6-7 bok choy into boiling water with stem inside water and leaf out for around 30 seconds
-Put completely inside water and Blanch for 1 minute
-Strain the bok choy and keep it aside
-To a Kadhai, add 1 tbsp of butter with 1 tbsp of oil
-Add 7-8 finely chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped 1/4 inch of ginger
-Add 250GMS of sliced mushrooms
-Sauté in high flame for 2-3 minutes
-Add 1 bowl of red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper
-Mix and cook for around a minute in medium to high flame
-Add 1 diced onion and blanched bok choy
-Pour sauce prepared with 1 tsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of red chilli sauce , 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup, 1 tsp of vinegar and 2 tbsp of water
-Mix all ingredients well
-Add cornflour slurry made with 2 tsp of cornflour with some water
-Add 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper powder
-Mix all ingredients well and cook for 1-2 minutes in medium flame
-Garnish with roasted sesame seeds and serve hot
