Thank you so much for this video Coach Ken. I've been struggling with a breakup and this situation is exactly what happened to me. Unfortunately I maintained contact and over time it ate me up inside. If we talked about general things like how work was going and such everything was fine but if I brought up anything about getting back to together or giving me another chance she would get angry and end the call or stop texting for a day or so. I became angry and started excessively texting her and now shes asked for space and said she will contact me when shes read to talk again. We havent spoken for over 2 months now. I miss her so much but also realize that during our realtionship I was devalued and when I started to stand up for myself and lay down boundaries I was discarded.
