Hibiscus tea is excellent for boosting the immune system and fighting off infections.
Rosemary has significant antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and neuroprotective properties. Rosemary is an old herb known to provide relief for colds and sore throats.
Ginger also has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which can prevent cell damage and help ward off viruses.
Cloves contain eugenol, which may have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Clove water can help improve digestion and relieve gas and bloating. It can also help to detoxify the body and boost the immune system.
1 apple sliced
1 rosemary
5 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 inch ginger sliced
1 tbsp HIBISCUS tea
32 oz hot water
Honey to taste optional
Let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Add honey once it has cooled down.
