Tudor Ranger hands on and try on - first impressions

I headed into a Tudor authorised dealer and took a look at the new 2022 Tudor Ranger. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and allowed me to take some photos and videos.

I hope you enjoy hearing my thoughts and impressions of the watch.

My wrist is approximately 6.5 inches in size.

I love the Ranger. Bought the 41mm version a few years back and sold it. Then bought the 39mm version a few weeks ago. But I’m sure in 2 to 3 years, a 37mm version will be unveiled.

This watch is so much better in person when you hold it and put it on the wrist. At first launch I was not interested at all. Plain looks and was not sure about the patina colour of the indices. But once I tried it on I was sold and bought it straight away. Love the all brushed case and the understated looks. Living in London there is always a sense of uncertainty whenever you go out with a nice watch on. With this you can wear it without anyone knowing what it is as it looks like an old field watch. Nothing shouts look at me I’m wearing a Tudor. I own an omega railmaster which is very similar and these two are some of my favourite watches to wear right at the moment

I really dig the well-executed simplicity of this watch. But its the exceptional bracelet that seals the deal for me. Cheers!

cheers for making this vid, mate. Very helpful seeing it next to he 58. The new ranger is getting a lot of flack for being (subjectively) boring looking, but it's a tool field watch and the legibility is impressive. I am pulling the trigger soon as soon as possible as I think it looks great.

Definitely feel like the 2014 release had something going for it they just made it too darn big!!!! This new one is very safe, simple and to me doesn’t feel like I was holding a £2400 watch my friend!

New Ranger is bang for buck, but it's not even close to your Omega AT 41 mm.
