I just wanted to say that I think its cool that u celebrated his birthday. Also i like how u involve the kids birth parents and birth siblings in thungs with the kids. Thats awesome because alot of parents that adopt doesn't involve the birth families. So thats awesome that u guys do that. And that u guys make them feel welcome and at home.

You should take the open boxes to Customer Service and tell them that all their boxes are like that. My store marked them down in price by half or more.
If it's just a cosmetic problem idk what to tell you. Lol. However stocks might have been heavy handed and accidentally damaged the packaging. Sometimes that happens with employees who are in a hurry and have to use box cutters to get thick boxes open.
