Your the 1st. Chef that got the correct
cooking time at the correct temperature. Earlier, I mentioned a
5lb. Lamb Roast at 375° for 2 to 4 hrs? A mental error. Slow cook at
325 is a better temp for 4hrs. to
achieve a thorough cook internally.
