Overwhelmed... that was definitely me. Just finished my first year as a SPED teacher and my district gave me no curriculum. Keep these videos coming.

Just worked on planning my next school year. I use a form on my laptop too and it helps alot! I just duplicate last year and then move a few things around. Shifts in holidays can really affect you in primary lol. Im going to use your S&S to see if I’m missing things and better plan my phonological awareness and reading comprehension flow for next year! Thanks!

I started to teach ESL without a syllabus from school. Now I'm cheking books from 1rst grade of primary to high school. It's very hard to select english topics for all classrooms. Every class is different. There's no syllabus 🥲
