In this video, I'm sharing with you my all-nighter strategy, and why I think it's not helping me. I want to help you rethink your all-nighter strategy and find a better way to succeed in your exams.

All-nighters are a common way to cram for exams, but in my experience, this is a poor strategy. I've found that working for a few hours each night, rather than cramming for an all-nighter, is more effective. This way, you can actually learn the material and get a good night's sleep. I haven't really pulled a all-nighter for study purposes, but if the only problem you have is lack of sleep (those effects are from lack of sleep) but it's proven to be very effective in keeping you to study (no procrastination) then you can sleep after arriving from school and changing, wake up in the middle of the night then study. You could also sleep again at dawn if your class isn't early. This is what my cousin did, and it proved to be effective for her. Not me though because I always end up sleeping in the end, especially when I hate the subject.
