Generally, when foreigners make these “best bistros in Paris” videos, they are far from accurate, but you visited some very good ones. Le Bon Georges is my favourite- I eat lunch there every Friday when I’m in Paris. There are many other good ones for you to explore though so I don’t think you can realistically stop at five to say they are the best with the limited experience that you have

I went to.paris in 2002, tried escargot without realizing it. My waitress slipped it in with my order, it didnt taste weird at all. I took 7 pictures of the eiffel tower when I went to it for the first time. I sent my mom a postcard from paris, telling her now that ive seen it, i can die happy...😊

Side note : it's bistrot not bistro
Ît's believed they are the first fast foods worldwide. The name may come from the word bistro in Russian that means fast. In 1814 Paris was occupied by Russian soldiers that used to say bistro to ask to be served fast in cafés and restaurants
