Newton's Laws are 3d. General Relativity is 4d. In other words. Newton's Laws are bound by length, height and width. Whereas GR is bound by length, height, width and time.

So I guess Newton's laws are just way more simplified than Einsteins. They work, but they get more and more inaccurate when getting to extremes lile the speed of light. Like is said here, Netwons Laws can still be used, just not in certain cases.
