Jedi took 4 years fighting the separatists to gain the advantage if thrawn was in charge I'd imagine it would of taken half that. His cold calculation combined with his thirst for knowledge and hatred of wasting resources would of saw a war doctrine that would of seen clone efficiency skyrocket and casualties minimized greatly. I genuinely think he's as close to the perfect Commander as you can get

I love how the clip playing is always a demonstration of the principle Thrawn is is trying to get across. That one at the end about events drawing allies closer played over Anakin joining Palpatine works brilliantly, especially with the earlier mention about alliances shifting so that one party isn’t benefiting anymore and the need to notice beforehand, something Anakin sadly missed.

throughout history, alliances are often made by weaker factions against a single stronger one, more often than note, if the alliance was successful with the objective, they will eventually turn on each other to either to secure more spoils or realize the threat they pose to each other.

To be honest, this one makes me think of the recent One Piece arcs; the continually shifting nature and structure of the various alliances is shown quite well.

Very good advice as always from Thrawn. Alliances can constantly shift and change, and allies can become foes but foes can also become allies. One must be wary to how alliances of which they are a part shift and change. Great upload as always, I really enjoy these clips!
